How do I approve the Orders?
Select the order ID, which you want to approve by selecting a single or multiple checkbox post your verification. Click on “Select Action” to take appropriate approval action.
How do I dispatch the Orders?
Once the order is approved, logistics Partner will be allocated, and AWB will get generated automatically.
How do I print the dispatch label?
Click on the “PRINT DISPATCH LABEL” TAB wherein Multiple Couriers will be displayed. Select the Courier Partner for whom you would like to print dispatch labels and select the single or multiple order ids to print dispatch labels.
How to track the Orders?
Go to “SHIPMENTS” TAB, and you will have an option to search by AWB Number, Order Number, or by Mobile Number. You can search for a maximum of 300 shipments at one go.
How do I process Undelivered Orders?
Go to “NDR” TAB, select the order ID for which you would like to give NDR Instructions. You may instruct to REATTEMPT or RTO. You have an option to Select Reattempt Date and provide personalized comments in COMMENTS Section.
Who to contact for COD remittance?
In Instashipin Panel itself, we display the summary of the COD remittance done. You may review the outline under the PAYMENTS TAB. You have an option to View Details of COD Payment Received, and you can also download the COD Outstanding to date.
Whom do I contact if there is freight or weight Query?
Generally, there is the least chance wherein the freight discrepancy would arise as we work very closely with our Vendors and Courier Partners, however, in case you have any queries you may contact us at sherly@instashipin.com
How many pin codes do you cover?
We work with almost all the national courier partners and also specialized regional courier partners. We can cover 26000+ pin codes (COD and Prepaid enabled) at any given point of time. We too do marketplace pickup.
